B.A.A. Racing App

The B.A.A. Racing App presented by Tata Consultancy Services is now available in the App Store and on Google Play! Download the app in advance of race weekend to track your athletes for the Boston Marathon presented by Bank of America, the Boston 5K presented by Harvard Pilgrim Health Care, B.A.A. Invitational Miles, the Boston 10K presented by Brigham and Women's Hospital, and the Boston Half presented by Dana-Farber Cancer Center and The Jimmy Fund.The app features live tracking for all B.A.A. events, interactive course maps, athlete leaderboards, fundraising totals, social media integrations, info pages and more!

FAQs:

Has my bib been mailed out? I think I might not recieve it before race day.

Bib numbers are traditionally mailed approximately one month before race day. If you have not received your bib number by race day, please come to the registration tent and we will assign a new bib on race morning.

Can I get a refund if I'm not able to participate?

As all participants acknowledge during registration, entry fees to the Boston 5K, Boston 10K, Boston Half and the Boston Marathon are non-refundable, non-transferable, and non-deferable except for deferral requests made through the B.A.A.'s pregnancy and postpartum deferment policy. Only those who elect to purchase registration insurance may be eligible for refunds.Participants will have the opportunity to purchase registration protection at the point of registration. Participants who elected to purchase registration insurance, offered by RegShield, will be able to have entry fees refunded for multiple reasons including loss of job, pregnancy, illness, and injury. Refunds may only be eligible for those who purchase the insurance policy at the point of registration.

I can't participate. Can you mail me my medal or t-shirt?

We're sorry you aren't able to participate with us! Unfortunately we cannot mail medals or race shirts after the race has concluded.

Can I store my finish times from other races in Athletes' Village (like my finish from Chicago, Berlin, NYC, etc?)

We store results from B.A.A. race events in the B.A.A. Race History on your Athletes' Village account. We do not store results from other races outside of the B.A.A. in Athletes' Village Race History.
