Do I have to have a plastic card? Can I retrieve a lost card?

After logging in on the official website of Lotte Hotel or downloading the mobile app, you can use a mobile card and save the card image before use. (Login>My Account>Click on Barcode>Save Card Image) When using in the hotel, the guest's membership information can be used to earn points, and it is not necessary to hold a plastic card.

How is membership level determined?

We have four membership levels: regular, silver, gold, and platinum. Members will receive a regular level upon their first stay. The membership level is evaluated and adjusted based on the annual usage performance (check-out frequency) from January 1st to December 31st of the previous year.Upgrades are displayed on the 10th of each month (once a month), while maintenance and downgrades are displayed on the first week of January each year (once a year).

What is the standard for accumulating points for esteemed members?

After each stay at the hotel, members will be rewarded with points based on the room rate and dining expenses paid to the hotel (excluding taxes and service fees/only applicable to dining facilities directly managed by Lotte Hotels&Resorts Group). According to the membership level, points rewards will be awarded at 4-10% of the payment amount.

What is the maximum number of rooms that can accumulate points?

When a member checks in, they can accumulate points for up to 3 room fees on the same day. But all rooms must be booked in the name of the member, who must be the person checking in and must pay all room fees in full upon check-out. The number of days the member stays in a room, the frequency of consumption, and the room fee are applicable for level determination.

Where can points be used?

When checking into hotels and upgrading rooms, points can be deducted for settlement of rooms and restaurants. If you have more than 10000 points, you can use them at Lotte Duty Free in Korea. (Limited to certain brands and products, excluding online duty-free shops)When using in a duty-free shop, it may change at any time according to the situation of the duty-free shop. Please consult the shop that wants to use points/vouchers directly.

Do I need to receive a voucher to purchase items at a duty-free shop?

Starting from a minimum of 10000 points, points can be deducted at duty-free shops or vouchers can be used. When deducting points, check the VIP member account. If the member name matches the name of the outbound person, points can be deducted for use. When issuing vouchers (gifts), they can only be used if the outbound person's name has been registered in advance. (Select E-CERTI, enter the barcode number and query)
