The latest build of Fly GPS/Fake GPS Original (v7.2.7) is mostly about keeping the spoofing reliable on newer phones. The mock location path on Android has gotten stricter over the years, so most of the work goes into making sure the app still feeds coordinates cleanly on current builds.

Here's how you're gonna get it working: Root your device, then search for something called "Smali Patcher" and follow the instructions there to patch the OS to treat mock location as genuine GPS updates. You've to do this because Pokémon GO (or any app that you're spoofing) detect whether the location is being mocked, and they might error out. By using Smali Patcher, you can patch the core system files to prevent it. Please don't rate this app badly, since this isn't the fault of FlyGPS.

I agree it sucks thinking you're long time favorite location spoofing app suddenly stopped working out of nowhere but it's not the developers fault. Google play updated it's location security as of June 2020. No worries! There are multiple ways of getting around this problem. The first solution is to root your android device, there are many tutorials you can find online, or you can enable Expert mode or No-root mode after enabling developer options. Do some research before leaving bad reviews.

Great app used it for many years with pokemon go and even social apps to meet people I normally was out range due to distance and lack of transportation. No complaints other than most apps now block it from being used because of stupid hackers, spambots, etc. that plague our modern day web space. I'll remember the food times though with this app and never regret downloading over four years ago. Thank you.
