Really great app it has my favorite movies also all time classics and I can share it with my family who enjoys mbc series since way back when we grow up with mbc had great memories made my childhood fun hopefully we get a discounts on the subscription in these times it's the holidays come on guys much love tho.

I have the latest gen OnePlus device, and the application is so laggy to the extent that it's not bearable sometimes. I have been using Netflix for 3 years now never lagged on me even while using my past devices. You need to fix this the lag issues ASAP.

This app is one of the best streaming apps availanle. Big names such as netflex and others may have a larger selection of movies and series, but if we're talking about user interface, the smoothnes of shai vip would make any other streaming service as rough as a log.

How can I add or remove devices on my account?

With MBC Shahid, you can access your account from up to 20 devices with varying streaming limits based on your subscription:

Ultimate: 4 concurrent streams from multiple locations.

VIP, VIP | Sports, Epic Bundle & Epic Bundle | Sports: 2 concurrent streams from 1 location.

VIP Mobile plan: 1 concurrent stream.

No pairing steps are required, simply login to your account by inserting your credentials and you're ready to go.

I keep getting the error message, Maximum devices reached when logging in? How can I remove devices from my account?

If you are trying to log in to your account and you receive an error message that says "Maximum devices reached", it means that you have reached the maximum number of devices that are allowed to be logged in to your account which is 20. In order to log in to your from another device or browser, you will need to remove one of your existing devices from your account.

To remove a device from your MBC Shahid account, please follow these steps:

Use a Mobile app or a browser that is already logged in to your account or try to login from a browser.

Select "Settings" from the menu.

Click on "Devices management"

You will see a list of all the devices that are currently linked to your account.

Click on the "Remove" button next to the device that you want to remove.

Confirm that you want to remove the device by clicking "Yes" when prompted.

After removing a device from your account, you should be able to log in to MBC Shahid from a new device without encountering the "Maximum devices reached" error message.

Please note that if you are not logged in to 20 devices, and you are still facing this issue, the result of this is mainly because your account is logged on different browsers, and browsers are not detected as devices.

For that, you will need to reach out to our customer support team to clear and remove these sessions.
