I'm in Thailand. the app simply doesn't work for me. I am unable to retrieve an existing booking or create a new one. I can enter start and end points but then the app hangs on the calendar screen. I don't have a krisflyer account. The app has received an update and now works perfectly.

App is much more user-friendly than the Web page. I was accused of "spamming" when my transaction went amiss and I had to rekey in all the information. it would be better if there's options that allow selection of baggage / meal add-on for individual traveller even if tickets are purchased together.

The app kept giving me an error "Oops something went wrong" with a "Retry" button. Clicking on Retry or restarting or reinstalling the app didn't work either. Can't book any flight at all via the app. Most disappointing Update 2024-11-06: this issue has been resolved and it is working fine now.

previous version was so much better. Forcing people to use the website instead of app as cant see some options which are available. i shouldnt have upgraded. Still not much has changed on the app, Still cant login with insider id nor KF id, which means you cant use miles to redeem... sucks big time. Updated : good improvements to the app... love it.
