My husband has bought the table from flipkart and later decided to cancel the product. He called the customer support before even product was shipped to ask them to cancel the product. They said due to some technical error the are unable to cancel from their end and asked us not to receive the product when the delivery partner calls. We did the same thing as we were out of station and asked the delivery partner to take it back as there is no one in the home but the delivery person left the product in security without even informing us. From that time we have been calling the customer support almost thrice a week to return the product as we have already cancelled it. In the app its showing return accepted but the product is still in my place from past 2 months and every time we call a customer support they ask us to wait for few days. We have called them 100 times but still no solution has been provided. ITS BEEN MORE THAN 2 MONTHS. IF WE DONT HEAR BACK FROM THEM WE ARE GOING TO FILE A COMPLAINT AGAINST THEM AS THEY HAS HARRASED US FROM PAST TWO MONTHS CONTINUOUSLY.

They take multiple orders , but in this regard if you cancel multiple order due to any reason and ask refund , surely the amount discrepancy would be noticed with no proper solutions , after 15 days or so each of the order ID the customer agent would ask , you provide them all after alot effort to each them via call , they would simple bang the call without proving any solution and someone call and say I want to assist you again you start no end of the saga , finally no solution with your money credit.Again , you order multiple products at a go , ask for one replacement due size issue they would starngely give you call that you have denied replacement , which is intrue , as when your delivery boy would ask any replacement you would say , where my my new product , so what should i exchange , ?? You deliver the new product and replacement product would be exchanged against replaced product , which is separate but they would delay with untrue calls and followed by sms of denied replacement.The greatest problem is your app cannot handle various order separately and fix up all , customer service agents have no clue . Pathetic customer service.

Flipkart is the worst of the lot. You don’t get the product you order for. And return is a nightmare. They have got a bunch of hopeless sellers. They send you the wrong items and is not too keen to accept return. A few years back my husband had an experience of supplying the wrong item three times and it was after nearly 45 days that we got the refund, after regular follow up. We had discontinued using Flipkart but last year there were good offers during Diwali when we purchased a TV and a Prestige Pressure Cooker. The cooker supplied was a wrong one, of the same capacity but of a slightly lower price due to initial offer discount. I was asked to return the item and make fresh order. By that time the prices had gone up and I could not change the item. The recent experience is the worst. I ordered for grey coloured door mat. I got a brick red one. Return and refund was sought. The person who came from Ekart Logistics refused to accept the same as the colour of the image with him was grey. The matter was taken up with Flipkart who again arranged for return pick up. The same problem was again reported by the person. The matter was again reported and a return was arranged again. There again the same issue. Now the time for return is over. I will never use Flipkart again.
