Love the app. Works FAR better now than it did when Sprint & T-Mobile first merged. But I do wish it would stop giving me a notification every 10-15 minutes to "clear space on my phone." I have plenty of internal AND external storage & I use every app it claims I haven't used in more than a month. If I don't use an app, I don't keep it installed. Otherwise, works great. No idea why others have so many issues with it.

love the LOCAL customer service- not a fan of overseas customer service. The scripts that they are trained to respond with are very basic. The average overseas CSR is not familiar with a lot of slang and American euphemisms. Tech support is above average, unless you have a unique problem (e.g. "something" blocking cell/tower signal). Would like to be able to change the tower used when having problems-like the old map that showed towers you could change to for better signal within 5 miles.

I don't know what's with other reviewers saying that the app freezes, error messages, etc. Performance wise, I haven't had any problems with it. I do agree that it isn't very user friendly trying to navigate it. When launching, the very first thing you should see, front and center, at the top of the page, is how much you owe and a link to pay it. Why would you want to make it hard for people to give you money? I don't get that.
