You can submit withdrawal requests through the EPF i-Akaun application. Currently, this service is available for the following types of withdrawals:

a. Withdrawals at ages 50, 55, and 60;

b. Withdrawals from savings exceeding RM1 million;

c. Medical withdrawals;

e. Flexible account withdrawals; and

f. Purchasing protection products under the Membership Protection Plan (PPA) for yourself, your spouse, and your children through i-Lindung.

The app kept prompting me to reset my password but no matter what password I used, it kept showing the same error. "No special character or same password as the ones before can be used". Update: Went to KSWP branch and managed to get the issue fixed. The team at KWSP Seksyen 15 Shah Alam is very helpful and friendly when helping me. Kudos and other than that, the app works perfectly and updated with more features than the old one. Rating revised.

Clean UI overall, easy navigation. Ps. Those having biometric logic issues, clear the app data and login back to the app and register the biometric again, this should temporarily fix the login issue.

Can you fix the biometric log in? What the feature doing there if we still need to key in password manually? Log in with biometric, loading nonstop till forever. Device S24U thanks! Edited: Now works like a charm!

asked to update, but can't be installed. I can't open this app now. no issue previously. UPDATE managed to update, but must uninstall it 1st, then re-install. defeats the purpose of "updating".
