I'm giving this app a 5-star even though it didn't work for me, that's how good I think it is. Personally, getting caught up on micromanaging my to-dos make me less effective, and I found that writing down my tasks quickly and just getting to work is what's most productive for myself, which isn't this apps strong point. However, if outlining your work day and staying organized is your goal, this app is absolutely perfect for that. I may not be the target audience, but it's still a useful tool!

I've only started using it, but so far, it's already proven to be different from the dozens of to-do apps I've used over the years. For someone with ADHD, this breaking down of tasks in small steps is very effective, and having the ability to set reminders, alarms and add tasks to calendar makes it harder to give in to procrastination and task paralysis. I'm very hopeful it will be a helpful tool to keep me on track with chores and building a Routine.

This is genuinely the best to-do list app. I've tried them all, but with crippling adhd they all fall by the wayside after a few days. Not this one, though, I've been using it for a couple of months and it's great. You type in what you need to do, e.g., clean the kitchen, and it breaks the task down into easy steps. Then you can switch on timer mode and crack on. Seriously great stuff!
