App works well and fast. I can negotiate good prices. I recommend indrive and I hardly use other rides. I have even become their police to ensure drivers do not manipulate and take the ride outside the app, because indrive need to make their commission to remain in business.

works well enough... kind of. sometimes it doesn't capture the GPS location very well and had a few incidents of incorrect pickup location and subsequent mumari/verbal fighting with the driver. the fare system sounds good in practice but can be annoying and confusing. other than that, no problems with driver or getting to my destination

Fair prices but the APP is still have a lot of problems especially for drivers when they can easily top up their account that enhance their easy pick up of drivers. It can be very annoying many atimes.

great app, as a driver I am enjoying its usage. good UI but the area of passagers cancellation of rides and sometimes no refund for the trip should be addressed. And also the pickup point is not always precise, that should be addressed as well. my third observations is that there should be A breaking point for passagers' fair reduction (control) is the issue because some passengers reduce the fair value too low, and even when you try to bargain, the highest option is still not close to what should be given.
