This is a great app to make friends with and also go on a date with, butthere's also some bugs in this app. For example: it freezes for some reason,it doesn't let you see who texted you so you have to literally get out of theapp then go back in and every time the app crashes into screen goescompletely white. This app was better thought out than its predecessor in the fact you havedate and friend options... it is slow to switch between checking messagesand viewing profiles sadly...even on wifi it's fairly slow. People are flakey onthis app too...everyone mentions their socials and say to reach out there asopposed to the app only to be ignored or blocked after two messages..

Been using this service for over a year now. Met my last ex through the app.Over all location settings could use some work and the layout of the userinterface is basic but over all a good experience.

Where are my matches? How do I message people?

You can find your matches and message them on your Matches page.Before someone shows up as a match, you both need to Like or Homie each other.After you Like or Homie someone, we'll try to make sure they see your profile too. When they do, if they Like or Homie you back, it's a match!If you Like someone and they Homie you, or vice versa, a match will still be made, but it will appear as a Homie match.For more information on Likes and Homies, see: What is the difference between a "Like" and a "Homie"?

What's the difference between a "Like" and a "Homie"?

You have the option to "Like", "Homie", or "Pass" on other users' profiles.

The "Like" button indicates that you're interested in dating or a romantic connection.

The "Homie" button indicates that you're interested in being friends, at least to start.

The "Pass" button indicates that you're not interested in either.

After you Like or Homie someone, we'll try to make sure they see your profile too. When they do, if they Like or Homie you back, it's a match! We'll send you an email (if you've enabled match notifications in your settings) and they'll show up on your Matches page where you can then send them a message and coordinate to meet up in VR.

If you Like someone and they Homie you, or vice versa, a match will still be made, but it will appear as a Homie match.

You can subscribe to Flirtual Premium to see who likes you before you match.

What is Homie Mode?

There are two ways to browse for new matches on Flirtual: Date Mode and Homie Mode.Our matchmaking system carefully selects a few quality matches for you each day which you can find in Date Mode.In Homie Mode, you can browse for friends without our matchmaking magic, and only with the Homie button. You'll just see random active profiles.
