Not able to opt for E-Bill and SMS subscription, always getting error message of "something went wrong, please try again later". Please do something about it. Update: Issue was not getting resolved online, but customer care helped and fixed it over a call. Service experience improved after support intervention.

This new version is great, with features like view bill, bill payments, registering power/theft/unsafe conditions, and complaints. Consumers can view the status of their application related to New Connection/Name Change/Extension-Reduction of load and a gamut of other services. There were a few glitches initially, but the new version of the app has settled now and is one of the best utility apps.

In my opinion, the previous app logo and interface and color looked better. After the recent changes, the app feels more like a stock market related app.

The previous application is much better. now only buffering is seen. I cannot see my last current bill or past 5 bills. after uninstall and reinstall and log in problem solved
