Bug Fixes:

Ads on the ARK Wiki (spawn maps, etc.) would sometimes open full-screen. This was a technical glitch on Dododex's side and a lot of users complained about it. It took me a while to realize it was my fault and not the Wiki being overly aggresive with their ads.

Images for some items were not displaying

Last selected food was sometimes not correctly remembered when switching creatures

Some creatures were displaying slightly incorrect "hits until flee"

This app is extremely helpful if you play Ark: Ascended. Some info would be very difficult and time consuming to learn in game and always searching online can be a hassle. This app puts pretty much everything related to Ark: Ascended into one useful, easy to open location that is intuitive and makes it very easy to navigate and locate what you need. It's pretty much a must have for a serious survivor.

I absolutely love this app! It makes it a lot easier to play Ark: Survival Evolved! Yes, evolved. That is the only problem. I cannot afford a new Xbox, and therefore, cannot play ascended. Thus, every time I see an ascend exclusive dinosaur, item, or map, I get very sad. In conclusion, could you add a setting to make this app Ark Survival Evolved version only?

Im still pretty new to Ark I jumped in to Ascended and this App has made it so easy to tame dinos. As well as plan out what builds my friend and I need to do first and work our way up. Between all the recipes and the taming I dont think I have even used the app to its fullest and I have tried. I cant wait to see what the devs has in store for it. I also love that other people can write info on each of the dinos so you get a look at what is worth taming without going through hours of yt videos.

An absolute must have for any Ark Survival Evolved/Ascended player. Timers for taming, breeding, and more. Every page has (generally) helpful user tips and comprehensive info on just about anything you could ask for. I easily recommend this for anyone playing Ark, skip the wikis and try this first.

How to Use Dododex Offline?

Dododex’s images are stored remotely, which allows me to add and update them without requiring an app store update.

IMPORTANT: To use Dododex offline, it is recommended to connect to Wifi at least once. Once you’ve connected to Wifi, the app will download all of the images and content so that they can be displayed even when you’re not connected to the internet.

Some features may not be available offline

Some features, such as player tips, the ARK Wiki spawn maps, the ARK Mobile Kibble chart are only available while online.

Is Dododex Accurate?

Dododex is committed to accuracy and its data is updated and improved many times a week! Since Dododex is used by tens of thousands of players daily, the data is constantly checked and verified and errors are typically quickly reported and fixed.Since there’s so much data, so many dinos, and combinations of foods and weapons and multipliers across different platforms, it’s of course possible that you can run into an error. ARK also sometimes will release an unannounced change. But when this happens, please report it using the button on the bottom of the page and I’ll look into it! It’s sometimes super easy to fix.
