App Review is way passed due. This app works but mostly for foreign countries like Brazil or Europe. Dont waste your time downloading it in the USA if your having issues its not the app. Its you and your phone. Its met to work for people out of the us. I know because I was in florida last week, and now im in brazil using it. Its super easy. Its just another Version of uber thats all it is. Just for other countries. Review 5 star. Specially during covid times. They. did a very professional job.

More useful than uber in Rio, Brazil. Sometimes a vit more expensive, but that's why you get drivers, and faster. More fair to them, more efficient for us. The features of choosing multiple ride options at once, showing when they are stopped in a traffic light, etc make it for a less stressful use too.

Much better services by the drivers than the other company which idea and services are the same. Yes, I'm talking about Uber, and, of course, this app is really intuitive, fast and the route it trades is also clear. I do recommend it. by the way, I just love it for having debt payment option. I wish I could see the driver's profile with more details.

I going to give five stars as it's an excellent app with great and friendly drivers, but there's only one problem which is the GPS, for example, if I was in a area that the GPS is not locating then I have to put the location near the area in which I am in, so it could work. But except for that would recommend to friends and relatives.

Why was the price different from the estimate?

The initial price of the ride is changed when, during the negotiation of the trip, the partner driver offered a different value than the initial one and you accepted that proposal. In this category, the value is agreed upon between the passenger and the partner driver, and may be higher than the estimate as long as both agree. After the start of the ride, it is not possible to change the value, as the price in this category is fixed. Find the value options and partner drivers nearby who can pick you up. Remember, the final fare will appear before you start the trip.

Is there a cancellation fee for the passenger?

99 maintains three (3) offer value options for the ride, respecting the KM and the trip period. Currently, it is not possible to enter a specific value, only the options provided in the application. If you cannot see any offer option, it means that the ride has been canceled or started by another partner driver. You can choose a new ride and make your offer.

The partner driver canceled, what now?

When you cancel a ride, the agreement is also canceled, and for the ride to return to the top of offers, you need to redo the request. As soon as you make the request, the new request will appear to the partner drivers, where you can start a new negotiation.
