I have heard that some people are not too keen on the story that Life With Pleasure is telling. I though liked the way it was not too in-depth and easy to follow. The main character is a dude that has to return home and live with his mom and sister (you know where this is going!) His mother is a doctor and somehow, he ends up getting an internship at her hospital. So, he has this kind of love triangle thing going on at home and then he meets a bunch of new women at his new job too. It is basic stuff, but it gets you from one lewd scene to the next so I do feel that it works.

As far as the presentation of Life With Pleasure goes it is pretty well done. You have a nice amount of good looking female characters to have sex with and just when you think there can be no more to pursue another couple gets added to the story. One thing that is a little odd is the animation, sometimes the sex scenes are fine, but other times they look like those lenticular cards that you used to get which simulate animation, it has a kind of blurry look to it and it can be a bit off putting. The moans and groans in this game are good as they fit the XXX action very well. I also liked how it did not take too long to get to the next lewd scene.

Some of the other reviews that I have read for Life With Pleasure have criticized the game's length and ending. I for one thought that the length of the game was one of the strong points. Far too many lewd visual novels overstay their welcome and have way too much text that is unnecessary. That is not really the case here, you can probably see all the game has to offer in just a couple of sittings and then move on to the next game in your backlog. As someone who plays a lot of games, I welcome it when I get the chance to play a short, but sweet kind of game.
