Welcome to Lessons in Love, an ongoing adult dating sim about a class of 20 students trying to make their way through life. Characters:

Sensei: Sensei is a teacher at Kumon-mi High, responsible for an all-girls class of students. To say that he teaches them may be an overstatement. Described by some as "creepy", by others as "hot", and by most "a terrible teacher", strong opinions on Sensei are the norm.Sensei's memory about much of his past is hazy at best, and unfortunately his students and friends are not very interested in filling in the blanks.

Ami Arakawa: Sensei's niece, who has lived with him for years after the untimely death of her parents in a car accident. She has a devoted and loving nature, and takes care of most domestic tasks from cooking to waking Sensei up in the morning. She can be found in her bedroom on weekend mornings.

Maya Makinami: Ami's best friend and roommate. She's often over at the Arakawa house for sleepovers, despite her open dislike for Sensei. Her air of quiet reserve is only occasionally disrupted, typically by the promise of watermelon. She can be found working at the shrine on weekend afternoons.

Ayane Amamiya: Ami's other closest friend, who also often comes by for sleepovers. She's very outgoing and bubbly in personality and does nothing to conceal her affection for Sensei. Her family is quite wealthy, but her total lack of snobbery makes that easy to forget. She can be found practicing at the dojo on weekend afternoons.

Sana Sakakibara: The smallest and quietest girl in Sensei's class, sitting in the back. She is very shy, letting her roommate and friend Ayane take the lead in most social situations, and typically wears her hair such that it conceals much of her face. She can be found working at the bar at night.

Makoto Miyamura: Student council president, Sensei's classroom assistant, and top student in her year. Makoto looks up to Sensei tremendously, wanting to be a teacher herself one day, and drinks in recognition and appreciation for her hard work. She can be found working at her family business at night.

Miku Maruyama: A short tomboy who seems supplied with endless energy, Miku is the star of the school's soccer team. Alas, her athletic talents do not extend to her schoolwork, where thankfully her roommate has the ability and patience to help her through with tutoring. She can be found on the soccer field on weekend mornings.

Futaba Fukuyama: A book-loving introvert who daydreams in class and often sits out of gym. She's heavier than the other girls and self-conscious about it, a state of affairs not helped by being bullied by Yumi. She can be found working at the library on weekend mornings.

Rin Rokuhara: Loves music and is a bit of a gamer. Rin is very relaxed and down to earth most of the time, but can be excitable or moody at other points. Very close with her roommate Futaba; the two often compare each other to sisters. She can be found working at the cafe on weekend mornings.
