Enishia and the Binding Brand is a story-oriented simulator and adventure experience. The action takes place in the fictional city of Megista, where gamers get acquainted with the life of Enishia, a devoted nun and the last guardian of the city's historic church. Her existence takes an unexpected turn when a shady merchant arrives with documents for the church's land, claiming ownership and offering an expensive loan. Gameplay:

Enishia lives a simple but busy life as a woman of the cloth and the sole manager of the last church of Resta in Megista, but one day that life is thrown into chaos. A merchant from the shady Zimmet Company arrives at the church, and for some reason he has the deed to the church's land! He offers to grant her a loan for the value of the land so that she can keep the church and its attached orphanage open, but in exchange, she'll have to be branded with a Contract Crest. The deadline to repay the enormous debt she's been saddled with is all too close, and Enishia must find a way to repay it.

What will she do to earn the money? Why did the Zimmet Company have the deed to the land? And why is Megista suddenly facing so many concurrent problems?

It's up to you and Enishia to find out!

It's a race against the clock as Enishia tries to scrounge up the immense sum of money to pay back her loan before the deadline.

Spend your time wisely as you investigate several ways to make money. Work at a bar, serve the Resta faith's flock or explore board-game-inspired dungeons for treasure. You can even create custom explorers to join Enishia on her excursions!

It's up to you how you try to pay back Enishia's debt, but the mysteries continue. Will you track down the true reason for Enishia's predicament and ensure she never gets saddled with debt again? The character that we play as in Enishia and the Binding Brand is a nun called Enishia. She is the head nun at the church which also has an orphanage attached to it. The game takes place in a fantasy land and one day a guy comes knocking at the door and he has the deed to the land! Turns out that we need to pay this guy a crap ton of gold or he is going to close the church and as a result, the orphans will be kicked out onto the street! It is up to Enishia to make the money to ensure this does not happen.

While there is certainly a lot of Enishia having to embrace her lewd side to make money in Enishia and the Binding Brand, there is far more going on than this. There are some very interesting characters in her life that we get to interact with. Plus, there is a mystery about how this guy got the deed to the land and why all this strange stuff is happening in the first place. The corruption side of the story is done very well too. Enishia is willing to go to extreme lengths to make the money the church needs, but at the same time, she may start to like exploring her XXX side! The story in this game truly did surprise me with how well told it was.

While you may not be super excited about Enishia and the Binding Brand when you hear that this is an RPG Maker RPG, let me tell you, this game does everything that it does incredibly well. The game has so many elements to it and they are all done very well. The combat is turn based, but it has a bit of a unique vibe about it that I really did enjoy. The exploration is exciting and the way the game deals with Enishia’s lust is pretty awesome. I know it may sound like a typical corruption game mechanic, but it works really well and makes you question how you want to make this money back. In all, this is a pretty feature packed lewd RPG and I had so much fun actually playing it.

Final Verdict:

The gentle nun, Enishia, is tasked with managing the town’s church. However, one day, a merchant company suddenly appears, declaring that the land now belongs to them. Having sworn to keep this land under her protection, Enishia accepts their proposal and buys the deed from the company. As a symbol of the debt she shouldered, a binding crest is magically engraved onto her body. To repay this heavy debt, Enishia must help out with the town, doing all kinds of odd jobs to scrounge up money and rid her of the binding crest.
