I have been using the app for a while, and so far, it has been satisfactory. The experience is decent until you need to contact customer service. I have encountered a significant number of frustrating experiences when trying to get things done or updated. Even something as simple as updating a phone number or renewing the expiration date of an old card can be a hassle. I had to wait several days to a week just to update my phone number. Generally, payouts are quick and easy; however, on two occasions, I had to reach out to customer service because the payout on their end was They had to cancel the withdrawal, and I had to initiate it again. Keep in mind that I had to wait a few days just to see if the issue would resolve itself. It's quite frustrating. Additionally, I often find myself contacting customer support due to random logouts. They occur unexpectedly, and you can't log back in for a while, only to regain access seemingly at random. They claim it's just a security check, but it becomes quite inconvenient when you are actively betting or trying to cash out. Overall, the customer service experience is subpar and can lead to a less-than-ideal experience.

I would give this app zero stars if I could. I got a new phone and logged into my account. Failed 1 login attempt next thing you know I can’t deposit money. I contacted support probably over 30 times for them to tell me it’s my bank or to use a different payment method. None of that was correct or worked. Now since then they deleted all my debit cards because I wanted to try re add them I can’t re add them now anymore registration fails. No venmo or pay pal work. I closed my account and tried to re open it to see if that worked now they won’t open my account backup. I tried to use my debit card on another account just to see if it worked and it worked perfectly fine. Pretty ironic even though the “top notch” support can resolve your issues quickly yet my card works on other accounts but there right its my bank, also that account they suspended right away after I deposited 10 bucks and did not refund that back when account was suspended. The bank almost for a second I thought I was being scammed. Even though I had to reassure them somehow someway they are the only legal book in Florida. If your in any other state use draft kings or fan duel this app will mess up your account and make you waist weeks trying to fix it. STAY AWAYYYY.

I have used this app nearly everyday since November. They think since they are the only sportsbook in Florida that they don’t have to do anything for their customers. I’ve lost tens of thousands on this app and have never once received a free bet. While in other states with more competition I would get weekly free bets from betmgm, espnbet, draft kings etc.. withdrawal speeds are also not instant like other books. Often taking hours or days. I recently had a $183 withdrawal flagged and had to send in a picture of each of my debit cards and banks. Not sure how a $183 withdrawal gets flagged when I’ve given these guys tens of thousands. It’s been a week and still haven’t heard back about my account. Overall I’m done giving them my money, they won’t respect my inquiry about a free bet & they could care less to keep me as a customer or not. Very average sports book with average withdrawal times, no player benefits after losses & average odds. Can’t wait until other sportsbooks come to Florida and put them out of business.
