Very sad it's only M/M. I mean sure i like it but some M/F would have been nice too. Though life as a bi, watching one thing for too long makes me angry.Oh well, as long as not every character looks like the Hulk with lvl 9000 sixpack i can manage. Smacked the first guy in the arena, very sad the win/lose scenes are not between the two fighters.
Gameplay wise, it's quite similar to the puzzle quest games. Making matches damages your opponent and/or fills up your various mana pools, which you can use to cast spells. You take turns with opponents, so it's more about strategizing and than make matches fast/limited moves of most match 3 style games. It is an RPG, so there will be some grinding, but mostly things are well balanced/paced and materials are easy to get.In terms of content, visually it is really good. Everything is detailed and well drawn, and there is a decent amount of scenes. However, it is a fairly slow paced game, you'll often have quite a bit of gameplay between major scenes. With the concentration required for the battles, it's often difficult to stay interested between scenes, if that's what you prefer. The story is decent; there is some mystery about the backstory, progress is no more contrived than any other RPG, and it could stand on it's own without the porn factor.
There are a lot of rumors in the room. Surely you can't take everything for granted but ignoring all of it would be stupid. So let's see:1. The original plan was to have three playable characters (the beefy one we can play right now, the athletic cat we can fight against in the arena and the chubby one who takes a leak in the woods) but now it looks like you can only play the first one cuz the dev team wanted too much that can't be done with the resources they have.2. The love routes outside the arena fight get reduced too and not only the amount of NPCs you can date but content for each one of them.As i said there's no 100% proof for that but i learned my lessons about being too trustworthy with Patreon so i decided to only watch it but not invest money anymore.
