So when are you going to fix it. Better yet, are you going to fix it. I hope so.Oh my gosh, where to begin. July 4th, between 12:00 and 2:00 am EDST, i went to play a couple of games before bed and each time i hit the play buttton i ended up back on the buy coins page. Again i’d hit the back button and again it took me to buy coin page. This must have gone on at least 20 times and it did not let me play one game. Frustrated i turned it off and then back on again and same thing occurred. I played this game many, many years. Im not a good player, but not bad either. Nothing like this has occurred before. Then, the next day i see that ive gone from over 2 million coins, to a bit over one 111,111 and all by not playing one single solitary game. Until this is rectified, i will not play this game. It’s a lose-lose situation. If i cannot get this thru regular mail, it will appear in your ratings. Your fault, not mine. I also lost both my ad free status as well as the paid for card sorting purchase for life. I have contacted the team and let them know there is a problem,I realized after updating their game the last couple times is when the problem really started. After I do my play and discard they send me a message saying that I missed my turn, REALLY?? Because I have done this plenty of times and I know how to play but this will happen time after time and even after I complete all the way through it will tell me I missed my turn 3 times, REALLY ???? Do not think we know nothing we are Well Educated and even we can tell when there is a problem, after being told several times you checked with the person who know this it has to do with the Internet (not) . This is the best version of live Gin Rummy I’ve found. The only negatives would be it seems like during certain special challenges or special rooms some of the players may be AI when it’s portrayed to be a live person game. Also, the card randomizer seems a little sketchy at times. EX: Certain hands dealt are impossible to win for one player. Say you have absolutely no matches in your hand, and your opponent only needs 1 card to knock/gin and it’ll happen first draw. However, I can say it does go both ways to where I’m the player that only needs 1 card to gin making it impossible for them to even have a chance. Maybe it’s the luck of the draw, but I would like to know what the randomizer is based off of. I’m only mentioning this bc it got to a point where I felt like the game is rigged and I actually stopped playing for a while. Since returning it hasn’t been as bad, but the AI kills it sometimes and the auto sort option is about 95% accurate. At times I’ll have to change it myself bc they didn’t recognize a match. Other than that, I do love the game. I play everyday. The Joker room was a great addition, that’s my favorite. A suggestion would be more places for safe boxes, another option for a “Gin Only” room, easier option to chat.
