Highlights:

A cute 3D platformer game: Swordigo is like a love letter to the past, the era of first generation 3D platformer adventure games. The first scenes with a dense forest background, a character with high messy hair and a green shirt will make it hard to take your eyes off. It’s both a bit familiar and a bit strange. This exciting feeling will follow you throughout the game’s journey.Swordigo’s gameplay is also based on the concept of smooth platforming, but also challenging. Everything has been designed with mobile in mind from the ground up. So it’s guaranteed that with this first generation 3D rendering, along with all the smooth animations in the game, you can enjoy Swordigo on many different devices without worrying about lag, stuttering or freezing. The game loads quickly, plays smoothly, and the controls are always in a precise state. It’s really worth experiencing.

Small goals appear at the top of each level: In Swordigo, the player’s mission is very clear. You will know the character’s final goal after challenging through many levels. However, in each level, there is no need to be confused because the challenge is always called and displayed right at the top of the screen. Without thinking much, you will always know what you should do, where to aim in each level.

Freely run, jump, attack in your own way: To perform many assigned tasks, you will have the right to run, be sensitive, hack and slash freely in the large, dangerous world of Swordigo. Sometimes it’s chopping down an important tree, sometimes it’s confronting demonic destruction in the forest, or simply swinging a tree from one mountain to another. Each mission requires you to really focus, use all your skills and raw weapons to complete. Sometimes it also requires a smooth combination of skill and quick navigation, but in general the levels in the game are not too difficult. Both newbies and people who are familiar with the platformer can do it well.

Interesting movement: This must be confirmed before starting Swordigo. Don’t think about a platformer game like the first generation, and also designed for mobile, it will be boring easily. In Swordigo there aren’t any movements that repeat over and over again. You will always be stimulated to create new moves, often having to combine one thing with another to overcome environmental challenges. Thanks to that, there is always a sense of drama when thinking about the safest ways to help the character move.

Useful Tips:

Focus On Quests: Complete side missions where possible - they offer bonus experience and rare items, like finding a new system application in a device organizer.

Upgrade Wisely: Spread skill points thoughtfully between health, magic, and attack; overly rushing one stat can create roadblocks later, mirroring how balanced application management yields better results.

Replay Early Areas: New skills unlock hidden zones in previously cleared stages, leading to valuable loot and fast leveling, similar to revisiting earlier app backups or taking advantage of app restore features on your SD card.

Break Everything: Pots, crates, and suspicious walls may hide extra gold or secret passages - sometimes, the best hidden benefits come from experimenting, as with custom patches or advanced tools.

&Watch for Clues: Odd markings or slightly miscolored spots often signal a hidden door or treasure chest, a tactic every system application developer and ChelpuS fan knows pays off.

Map Mastery: Learn the map’s layout - backtracking isn’t a chore when you’re finding new upgrades and perfecting your approach to application management or the structure of your Android device.

Player Comments:

I loooove this game so much I bought the no ads/ support devs cause this game is so epic. One thing i found is that you can farm the Corruptor in the Corrupted Grove for Exp and gems! All you need is the shadow trinket. What you do id stand on the edge of the platform facing the big gap, but back by the last pillar, and double jump and shoot magic bolt at the top. It should damage the corruptor but he will not shoot at you. Once you run out of energy, run to the very edge to bait him over. Just go in a clockwise circle to dodge the little tracker thing and hit him with your sword with the shadow trinket, which will do no damage but replenish your energy. Keep moving in the clockwise circle and alternate with your sword and the magic bolt until he dies which will give you 378 exp per kill. I reccomend putting it all into magic until its maxed because it will make it easier to do the next time. Then just run off screen to the left and back on and he will respawn!

This is a really great game to play if you are in to Zelda type games, but there are some things I would like changed. First of all is the ads, which come up after a few screen transitions or after a cutscene is played. I beg you to remove the ads because it affects the overall gameplay. Sometimes, I am in the zone and just rolling with the punches and an ad comes up and it ruins the zone. This is mainly why I’m giving this four of five stars instead of the whole 5 stars. Another thing is the ending. It simply gives some text saying ‘You won, the darkness has receded blah blah’ and nothing else. You could have added some more detail to the ending, like having a cutscene where the evil dissipates or seeing everyone later in time talking about the hero of old or whatnot. Even a picture of the people who inhabit the world surrounding the hero and cheering/congratulating him would be nice. The ending also seemed a bit rushed, kind of like a student writing the last paragraph of an essay trying to get it done and over with. Other than hat, it is a really great game.

This game is very misleading with its graphics which references old ps2 graphics. The first section is easy with some difficult mini bosses here and there. Dungeon 2 was fine although I wish the king would actually be set free. The 3rd dungeon is pretty good but it sets up for the final 2. The ice dungeon has ice, difficult platforming, and overwhelming enemy’s. The boss here is overly hard because of the ice. The final dungeon however takes things up a notch. The platforming and layout is near impossible while the enemies swarm you. The final bosses 1st phase is hard and I just ended up cheesing and re- healthing. The second is also very hard with the only strat I could find is running across the battle field jumping and turning around until I got my health back with one of the relics. Most reviews call it a shameless rip off of Zelda but take it from someone that’s true 100% the game (max wallet too) and attempted to see how far you can take the unbeatable pot, it’s a rip off. But it’s not shameless they do a good job making a stereotypical story from the early 2000s. I honestly really like this game.

Final Thoughts:

Swordigo is a side-scrolling mobile game that blends platforming action with light RPG mechanics, designed specifically for Android users. Players step into the role of a young hero navigating through various fantasy environments to battle foes and uncover secrets. It’s not your typical tap-and-swipe mobile game—here, timing and reflexes matter just as much as strategic upgrades. The game operates on a classic level-based structure but adds layers like spell-casting, character progression, and gear upgrades. That means you’re not just running and jumping—you’re earning experience points, finding hidden loot, and powering up your character in meaningful ways. Think swords, spells, and boss fights, all packed into a handheld experience that feels bigger than it looks.
