pre-registered for this game and have been playing since day one. This game is great,but it also depends on you. If you are ultra competitive, be prepared to spend. When I sayspend, I mean hundreds if not thousands of dollars a week. Ultra competitive people aregetting burned out simply because of the cash grab. The devs do listen and have madesuggested changes. The screen clutter has been reduced since day one with collapsingmenus. If they would reduce the pop ups it would be even better. This game has greatgraphics and a good story line. There is a decent balance between PVP and PVE. Thepeople playing the game are the least toxic gamers I have ever played with and make thegame great. After reading some of the other comments, I did create two more accountsthat are extremely low spend. Although you won't be able to compete with P2W in PvPevents, you can still be very successful in PvE events and enjoy the game. My suggestionis try the game. Start as either F2P or extremely low spend. Learn the game for a coupleof weeks, enjoy the other players and see where it goes. Remember this is an idle game.

I've truly enjoyed playing Athena: Blood Twins-the game is engaging, well-designed, andhas kept me coming back daily since its release. The early progression feels balancedand rewarding, which made the first 145 levels particularly enjoyable. However, I'venoticed that after reaching that point, the game begins to shift noticeably toward a pay-to-progress model. While I understand the need to monetize and support continueddevelopment, it would be great to see more affordable options or value-driven packagesthat make continued advancement more accessible to a wider range of players.Forexample, despite spending around $100 since launch, my progress is significantlyoutpaced by players with much higher gear scores, some of whom appear to bespending considerably more. Meanwhile, my two alternate accounts, with minimalinvestment (-$10), are even further behind. While it's commendable that high spendersare rewarded, a more balanced daily progression system-perhaps allowing for 750Kgear score gain per day without requiring purchases-would help non-paying or lower-spending players feel a greater sense of achievement and incentive to stay engagedlong-term.Additionally, reducing the gap between locked levels after R1 could helpsmooth the pacing and improve the overall player experience without compromisingmonetization.Overall, it's a great game with a strong foundation, and I look forward toseeing how it continues to evolve.
