Horny for Change is a casual fantasy game where players become recruited unicorn heroes to help the kingdom's queen fulfill her wish to avenge herself against the Demon King. Players will recruit four unique companions to embark on an adventure together, winning their favor through battles and daily interactions. By using your magical abilities to deepen your bonds with them, you'll enhance their combat power and unlock various exciting animated scenes. As the game progresses and your bonds strengthen, you'll unlock more mysterious abilities, gaining a greater advantage in the battle against the Demon King. The game will continue to be updated, releasing more story chapters and thrilling animations, so stay tuned!

Features of Horny for Change:

You assume the role of Victor, a powerful and ancient sorcerer who emerges as the last beacon of hope in a world where traditional heroes have vanished and civilization faces an overwhelming, existential threat.

Your mission is not to fight the darkness alone, but to build the army that can, tasked with creating legends from the most unpromising material the failing kingdom has to offer.

The fate of the entire realm rests on your unique ability to see potential where others see only failure, using every tool at your disposal to enact a desperate, grand change.

Your recruits are not noble warriors but the dregs of society—cowards, scoundrels, and the utterly ordinary plucked from taverns and gutters, each with glaring flaws that must be overcome or creatively redirected.

Central to your arsenal is a profound and flexible system of transformative magic, allowing you to alter your recruits' bodies, minds, and even latent potentials, reshaping them physically and mentally for the challenges ahead.

Progression is deeply personal, as you guide each recruit through a custom path of development, using a blend of magical augmentation, skilled training, and psychological inspiration to unlock their hidden legendary qualities.

This demo is around 8~10% of the full game, so it's really the start only.

And there will probably be bugs, so all that "yadda-yadda this doesn't reflect full game yadda-yadda".

On the full game, expect more transformations, a fuller combat system with leveling up and skills won by transforming.

And on the plot side, expect Victor slowly earning the taste of dominating others, learning more about humans, and the introduction of new characters, like Buttbag, the Goblin....

Man a horse-hung unicorn wild-magic transmuter who transmuted himself into a short but generously be-dicked hybrid. Your task? Transform a company of the the country's finest (but still ostensibly pretty lousy) adventurers to defeat the "dark lord. " It is a demo- my rating is extra lenient because of that.

Primary Kinks: Monster protag, Big cock, Transformation, Hetero, Gay (femboy).

Pros:

Exceptionally rare protagonist species in a (mostly mostly hetero) h-game.

Writing is decent, but satirical. There are some funny moments. The game is not trying to be serious at all.

Premise works pretty well for delivering content blocks.

The art is very nice.

The writer is good at adding observational caveats- like the protag's stance on grass, heights, and maintaining the health of their hooves.

Some fun archetypes for the "heroines." Big fan of the lazy one, and the shy perverted one. Sellsword is okay. The twink is a twink, i'd probablly like the route if it is a full tranformation to female- but I doubt it will be.

Goblin girl. ADD MORE GOBLIN GIRLS. Short stacks are the best, our protag is kinda short, the only solution is to add more goblins :p

Neutral:

It is intentionally cheesy and irreverent. That vibe check might make or break the title for you.

Features all of the normal RPGM jank and flavor.

Does not seem to include any actual choice re: the transformations the side characters will be undergoing. The transformations paths will make or break most players interest in the game. The short character seems to be turning into a Minotaur- bummer, I was gonna enjoy having a short angry character.

There are only three scenes. 1 milf HJ, 1 vaginal sex with transformation, and a peeking vs femboy scene.

Sadly, the title wil have a hard time getting funded in the currently oppressive payment processors ball-busting h-game development climate.

Cons:

Whilst the protag is rare air by not being human and having a literal horse-cock, he is strangely short. Continuing porn game's tried and true protag trend of short-king. Could be alleviated by the fact he is a transmuter, but bummer to finally get a game where you can play as this type of main character and STILL HAVE TO PLAY AS A SHORTIE. How many pounds did bro lose in his transformation, 1500? The implications of his transformation are extra weird b/c his transformation magic seems to transform characters based on their inner nature rather than with his own intent- so I guess the protag is supposed to have "little guy with a big dick" energy or something. Weird choices.

The auto-save feature is more of a bane than a boon, it overwrites w/e your most recent save was instead of saving to a specific slot. That feature coupled with the fact that there is a trap door in the city that you cannot return from can result in dead save slots and having to restart your whole play-through. Yikes.

As someone who normally likes RPGM combat, I must say this title misses the mark. Combat was not interesting or nuanced, there was too much of it, and it was too monotone.

The only choices in game seem to be y/n to seeing sex content. Not good in a RPG game.

Final Verdict:

In this classic fantasy RPG, you will gather your party of less-than-heroic individuals, and travel with them from the streets of the Kingdom of Buxon, through dangerous and unexplored wilds, all the way to the Demon King's very ramparts.
