The concept of the game is simple. But it definitely has depth to the game, so at later stages you will learn more. The in-game chat, people are very helpful, I have seen any question that wasn't answered or offered suggestions or advice. The game is also very f2p friendly as well. But make sure to save your gems for characters and not use them on gear. Gear system also has a lot of depth as well. Gear is also dropped very often during your progression, so again, no need to spend gems there.
Finally an idle without time speed boosts, gold boosts, stamina and other mechanics meant to artificially inconvenience the player. On top of that I feel like I am making lots of choices too. Constructive criticism: I loved the normal difficulty - I felt that on every floor there was something interesting/fun, an event or arena fight. In Nightmare that's diminished by a lot - I rarely find events so it's much harder to make interesting characters anymore, most floors are just monster fights.
Fun game that scratches that itch for both auto-battler and diablo-like loot. A little micromanagent with the inventory makes it difficult to stick with idle gameplay as a long term choice because the game stops when your bag is full then you are forced to either go through all 70+ items or dump what you don't think you need. All in all, I enjoy it for short play sessions but get overwhelmed if I don't check it frequently enough which makes it feel like work to upkeep the inventory.
Really fun take on idle games and autobattlers. The main cycle becomes inventory management and equipment analysis, which is unique and fun for this genre! Although the only issue is that I wish there was a description of how some of the stats work, and how far a meter is in the game.
