Amor Doce is a story-driven dating simulation game where players follow Candy through three chapters: high school, college, and her romantic life. In each chapter, players will encounter several men with distinct personalities, making different choices in various story events to win their affections and ultimately achieve a romantic marriage while enjoying a wonderful love life as a coffee shop owner. The game includes a variety of mini-games; simply participating in these games will reward players with exclusive outfits and various accessories, giving them more options for dressing up their character. Each outfit change will determine the character's attributes in three dimensions: sweet, rebellious, and energetic, impacting the story's development in different ways.
Action Points: Action Points are a gameplay mechanic that allows the player to progress through the story. Clicking on the dialogue uses two AP. The more characters you meet and the more branching paths you find, the more AP you will use.
Affinity: Affinity is a gameplay mechanic that measures how much a character likes or dislikes Candy. The choices you make will affect a character's affinity; some choices will raise their affinity, others will lower it or will not affect them at all.
Gold: Gold is a gameplay mechanic that allows you to purchase date outfits, objective items, and clothing.
Illustrations: Illustrations are pictures that depict an important moment in Candy's life. The way to get an illustration varies from episode to episode, and each episode has their own amount of illustrations.

Three Worlds, Tons of Stories: Fancy the nostalgia of high school? Or maybe the slightly more mature scene at university? Hey, the working world’s got its appeal too. Amor Doce lets you pick between Sweet Amoris High, Anteros Academy University, or the Love Life career track—each offers its own set of flirty crushes and juicy plotlines.
Choices Really Matter: This isn’t one of those games where you just click and hope for the best. What you say, how you interact—it all matters here. The affection meter keeps track as you chat, flirt, and stumble your way through the episodes.
Fresh Content: Never a dull moment: there’s always something new with monthly episode drops. Just when you think you know where things are headed, a new chapter lands and stirs things up.
Customize Your Look: Clothes, clothes, and more clothes. Unlock new outfits from special events, episodes, or the in-game shop and give your avatar a makeover whenever the mood strikes.
Special Events and Surprises: Take part in seasonal events or exclusive mini-games for the chance to snag limited-edition outfits and illustrations. Collect unique keepsakes from your most memorable moments in the story.

If you are trying to get all of the illustrations, don't specifically aim for one guy the first time you play an episode. If you do, it will be difficult to get the other illustrations when you replay the episode. Make sure that all of the guys' affinities are around the same range, that way it will be easier to increase/decrease affinities when you replay to get the illustration you want. (Tip by faerimagic)
If you have trouble finding the guy you're after, first see if you can get a ring. (There are three available, in the jewelry store under "Classic Rings".) If this still doesn't help, try to change your outfit a little. Your outfit might be making him uninterested. XD (Seriously, one time it took forever to find Castiel, so I went home, altered my clothing, and in no time, he popped up to see me! In any case, it really doesn't hurt to try. :) ) (Tip by faerimagic)
About the club-specific games: Insect Rush was particularly easy to play on slow computers (especially my real-life school's computers). I got all the way to Level 9 on it. Break Basketball, on the other hand, is so much much harder for me. It's annoying how sometimes your mouse goes out of the game area and thus make it harder for the bracket to be where you want it to be. If you don't have a tablet, sorry, I don't have any easy solutions for you (this is a slight lie). If you do, then you might find it easier to use it with the game. (I'm not liable if it isn't, though. You do this at your own risk. I have a tablet computer, not a tablet, hence the disclaimer.) NOW ABOUT MY LIE: The basketball increases in speed when you break more boxes. Now, what you might not know is that those grey boxes are actually breakable. Yup. Though it takes about 50 hits, max, to break them EACH. I'm not sure, it could be twenty, twenty-five. I've never actually counted yet. Aim for the nearest grey boxes and focus on those. Today, I broke my record. Got all the way to Level 7 (and received 4 APs). Seriously, the rewards are so low for these games! D:< But I'm not complaining. I need all the APs I get. If you use Internet Explorer, right click while playing Insect Rush. It will pause the game. This doesn't work in Google Chrome. (Tip by faerimagic)
For catching Kiki, you must first find the dog items. One is in the Student Council room, one in the courtyard, and one near the Garden club. After this, you must attempt to find Kiki again, and then fail. (You also have to find Iris once in the Classroom A.) After this, you must find Castiel. (Avoid Amber like h3ll. She'll just try to lynch your money.) If you have been nice to Castiel, he'll give you dog treats, which will help you the next time you find Kiki. If you've been mean to him, however, he'll demand $20 as payment. (You must pay this, there's no getting around it.) When you follow Kiki into the gym, you must go back to the classroom with the dog biscuits. (Tip by faerimagic)
A Dog Toy (or some other item?) is not appearing. This happened to me. This happens because you did not participate in enough conversations with the other characters. (I had to talk with Nathaniel at least once in order for the item to appear.) (Tip by faerimagic)

Woah it’s been 10 years since I've found and played this game! I literally spend my teenage years with My Candy Love so it’s so much nostalgic for me :'). Also I played a lot of visual novels but somehow this one feels so much like real life cuz it’s not just about love but also friendship and sometimes about hardships we can encounter in life. That’s why this will always be my favorite visual novel. I just want to say I appreaciate all the efforts making this game, you are loved!
its a good game. but i really think the game should give u atleast 100 pa's a day. with 20 u dont get any of the story done, and more gold too, it barely gives you any. i've been playing since 2014, and i never finished the game because of that. not everyone has money to spend in a game, so please try to fix that and please look forward to making it easier for people who can't afford much. thank you.
To be honest I don't understand people who say that there is not enough of action points. I've been playing this games since 2014. Yes you have to wait, and? Being patient is not a bad thing, don't say that you must get more gold, or more ap. Why? Because if you wanted to get more, comon you can buy it. If you think that this game is interesting enough to make you pay for it (free to play by the way) then I think that the developer did an excellent job by making such an amazing game.
I leave 5 stars bc I love this game but there's something wrong. I can't log in from my computer or phone. Besides, I have an account but the apps tells me the password or email are incorrect (which I verified), then I send the email to get back my password to my email but it stops. There's something wrong and I'm afraid my account got deleted.
