Hello, my name is Tyler and I want to talk about a game that I found, one that was meant to be scary, and I mean I’ve played many horror games before, but this one was different from all the rest. Let me just start from the beginning of all of this . . .
You probably have already heard of a horror franchise called Five Nights at Freddy’s, It was one of the first Mascot Horror games to be released, and definitely the most famous at that. Its creator, Scott Cawthon, used to post teasers of some of the earlier games on a website called, “scottgames.com”. The story I’m going to talk to all of you guys about took place back sometime during November of 2016. Some day during that month, my best friend, Jake, who used to play horror games with me, found a weird link hidden in the website while searching it for any hidden teasers within’ its coding. It took him to a download link that sent him a copy of a FNAF game that was called, “Five Nights at Freddy’s 0”. When loading to the games title screen Jake found that the game was marked as being made by Scott Cawthon himself and was dated as being made in 2013, which was very odd, seeing that the first FNAF game should have been made in 2014. He was excited about his find, but didn’t want anybody else to know about it besides us two, since we were basically superfans of FNAF at the time. When I was told about this secret find I was very excited to try it out and he agreed to it. He suggested that I could come over to his house, send me the download link, and blindly play the game together. I thought of that as a great idea, so we made a date that I wasn’t busy so that we could try it out.
Eventually, about a week later, we were able to not have any homework nor have any plans for the weekend, so I was able to go to Jake’s house. We had a good time splurging through “Let’s Plays” for horror games, snacking on Doritos and Mountain Dew, and even making up our own FNaF cannons. But after Jake’s parents finally went to sleep, and it hit 12’o’clock, we knew that it was time. Jake told me how to get to the link myself, just to prove that it was real, and sure enough, it was there, in the middle of a jumble of code. I downloaded it and we both attempted to open the application. Jake’s PC started making a lot of sounds and then its screen flashed white a few times before turning black. He instantly threw his computer off of his lap and it hit the floor with a loud thud. Jake looked baffled while smoke started to come out of it’s exhaust port, and not just white smoke, but a black, fire-like smoke. I’m still surprised that his parents didn’t wake up from how loud the computer was, but that didn’t matter. We just shrugged it off as his computer just being old (about 9 years at that point.) He was obviously upset, but it didn’t stop us at all. We looked back to my screen only for it to be acting normal showing the menu of the game.
It looked and acted very similar to FNaF 1’s menu, except with a few key differences, that being, there was no version number, just Scott’s name, its copyright, and when it was dated (2013). The static in the dark background was a lot more stronger than FNaF 1’s and Freddy was nowhere to be seen in the background. The last difference that was shown was the number 0 below the acronym of FNaF, which was another thing that struck me odd, because Scott said in an interview that he never meant for that game to start a franchise, and FNaF 1 was never in-game, marked as “FNaF 1”, so why was this game titled as FNaF 0? I couldn’t care enough at the time to linger on the menu for too long, so I avidly clicked “New Game” and expected a Newspaper Cutout, just like the first 3 original games.
It seemed to have the doorways to the left and right from FNaF 1, the hallway in front of me from FNaF 2, and the decrepitness and lighting of FNaF 3. I also was able to see a plush of The Marionette to the right side of the office. It had shrunken realistic organs hanging out of a tear in the plush’s chest. I heard Jake groan in a genuinely disgusted way, we both knew that something didn’t seem right about any of this.

FNaF 0 Android, also known as Five Night's at Freddy's 0, is a horror fangame based on Five Nights at Freddy's AR: Special Delivery, which brings the most terrifying animatronics to the real world. Starting from a very similar base to Pokémon Go, this title takes advantage of AR technology and allows you to fight the sinister robots in the streets of our city.

Fear is a universal human experience-whether it's the anxiety of an unknown tomorrow, the dread of consequences for past missteps, or the instinctive alarm when facing physical danger. Yet within every person lies an equal capacity for courage: the resolve to confront disrespect, the moral clarity to speak against wrongdoing, the compassion to extend help to the vulnerable, and the fortitude to defy oppressive falsehoods masquerading as authority. These moments reveal our shared humanity, proving that beneath life's challenges, the human spirit consistently rises with remarkable bravery, guided by an indomitable heart that chooses courage over fear when it matters most.
