The first thing that drew me to Sweet Affection was the fact that on the games Patreon they say that we play as a guy who wants to be a game designer and he is looking for love, or to get a laid a bunch. I thought that sounded pretty interesting, but I did not know that the game would swing so heavy to the world of incest. I am not turning my nose up at this, but the story is was more based on this than you would think so be sure to know that going in as if incest is not usually your thing, Research Into Affection may not be the game for you.

Too Many Hours In The Day

This is a sandbox style of game where you are trying to get with the girl of your dreams, if that happens to be your sister so be it. The thing is, from 7 AM to Midnight, each hour has an activity that you can do! I feel that there is far too much going on here and each girl that you interact with has different activities that you can do so to be fair, as things are varied it is not as grindy as it could have been.

However, I think they could have cut this in half and the game would have been far better for it. Also, add to this that the moves the MC makes in Sweet Affection are so slow and it can feel like you are progressing at a snail's pace. I applaud them for trying to put so much into this game, but I think it would probably have been better if they had cut the content by half.

That Look In Her Eye

The visuals of Research Into Affection are pretty solid. The girls are cute enough and there are many different CGs in the game. They say that there are a ton, but some of these are the same, but the look on her face will be different and that is counted as a different one. I am not saying this is bad or anything and at the end of the day the character models are good looking and there is plenty of hot stuff going on and that is all you can ask for.
