I did not expect anything from this game since the games with this quality of realistic style graphics end me decision but this game surprised me since I was stuck by quality the story and decisions I hope to see more of this story in the future I recommend it 100%.

If you are someone who needs a compelling and well written story in their lewd visual novel, The Golden Boy is probably not going to click as much with you. Basically, we have this young man who is in his “early 20s” (more on that in a moment) and he has had to move away from his home. He is now in this new place where there just so happens to be all these older chicks with massive boobs, huge asses, and low sexual inhibitions and this young guy finds himself in the middle of all these chicks who just want to get laid.

The story does not really grab you at all, but to be fair, what is here in The Golden Boy does a decent enough job of moving things along from point A to point B. It is just about going from one sex scene to the next and I am ok with that. The problem I have with the story is that the MC is said numerous times to be a young man in his early 20s, but this guy due to his size and the way he looks would pass for 15 at best! This takes you out of the fantasy a bit as it kind of makes it a bit more creepy than hot. I love the idea of being this young guy who is getting laid by all these super hot and very experienced mature babes, but his design does take you out of it.

One thing that I have to give the developer of The Golden Boy a ton of credit for is the way the game is paced. This is a lewd visual novel where you read the story and go with the flow. However, what I like here is that this is not something that is overstaying its welcome. They know that the story here is wafer thin and just an excuse to take the player from one big boobed milf sex scene to the next. I am ok with this, but if you are someone that likes a bit more interactivity in their XXX games, you may not get into this as much. I will say that they need to fine tune the game a bit as on a technical level it has some issues as I had the game crash twice and fully lock up my PC on two occasions as well.

The crown jewel of the crown that The Golden Boy is wearing is the female character designs. I love huge boobs and a huge ass and that is what the models in this game are all about. Yes, these are complete fantasy babes as far as their body proportions go, but hey, I love that kind of thing. There is no real animation in the game, you may get a scene where there are a couple of images that switch quickly to simulate animation though. The only issue I have is with the MC which I already talked about as he does look on the young side. Also, I know I was just praising the exaggerated designs of the ladies, but the massive exaggerated penis they gave this little dude just looks silly.
