I don’t want to argue about how many liars people may see here coz it is an online dating app. I just wanna talk about the app and website itself. In the past almost three weeks, I can only be logging in less than one day a week. I don’t know why. I can use any internet thing except this website. So 100% for sure that it is not my internet connection issue. Last week the website said it will have a maintenance for a couple hours but actually it took them almost 24hours or maybe longer. I am just curious why they never have delays on “taking money from people ”. I never see they want any compensation for the connection failures. So I feel bad I cannot give it negative score! Sadly one star is my only choice.

I purchased the VIP service in May 2019 because they had a promotion of 2 extra months service for free if you purchased 6-month service. So I anticipate the service expired in Jan 2020. However, I was directly billed in Nov 2019, and I contacted the customer service. They claimed that the bonus will be postponed to the next term if it is automatically subscribed. 1st, I was never awarded my account is under automatic subscription. 2nd, the sales terms of the service is very unclear, no statement showed the bonus will be postponed. 3rd, I cancelled the subscription on the same day I was billed and they declined to return the credit. Very bad experience. Please be careful and reconsider their VIP service before you buy.

Any tips for the photos I upload?

You should upload at least 3 photos.  One shows your facial features clearly as your main photo.  One shows your full body so people get a sense of your build.  And another one shows a fun side of yourself in an action shot.All the photos should be bright with good lighting.  You should occupy more than 1/3 of the photo area.Please don't display any identifying information (name tag, license plate, etc).

What's the difference between free members and VIP members?
