The money that was said to be refunded never was. Hours after shecontacted support, so did l. l was told ".if an item is indicated as delivered but you havenot received it, it is necessary to contact support within 14 days." l understand that istheir policy, but why was l told l was beyond their refund timeframe, but my girlfriend wasin the process of getting one? The wildest thing about this situation is that after the liveended, we decided to order a couple more from other sellers. Those other sellers got ourcards here on the same day and the day after the original sellers cards were supposedto. l can't tell y'all what to do, but i can encourage you not to use this app with sellersand a support system like this. l know not many people look at the reviews of an app, butIhope this one reaches the top for at least a couple of people to see.
