such a terrible experience on my first purchase I had ordered a foundation but when I received the order I found it to be a damaged one so I tried raising an exchange request on the app but the delivery was not updated on the app so it only showed "out for delivery" and now I'm not able to exchange the product. edit: guys There were some issues with my first order, but customer support resolved them quickly and efficiently.
