The best workout app i ever found. it has everything related to workout except diet, even the free version is great. easy to use app, not rigid you can add your own workouts if it isn't in the app. nice tracking and progress feature. must try app.

It might be the best workout-journal app! Solid 5 stars. Just a couple of things I’d want to change: The home screen isn’t as informative as I’d expect, especially with those tiny pictures of the athlete. The exercise list you see before starting a workout looks better to me and shows the same information. On the Progress screen, the target muscles are colored differently from what’s shown on the muscle-group circle.

I've tried countless workout apps trying to find something to create and log custom workout routines. Some apps had some good features, but none had everything I was looking for. Then I found Lyfta! Lyfoa let's you create countless workouts and routines, has a HUGE database of workouts (stretches included!) sorted by muscle group, and even It allows you to adjust the set type (normal, drop, L/R, etc.). My only gripe is that I don't see a summary of muscles worked, but I might just be missing it!
