I love how it shows me what to do and how to do it. It's very thorough and quick and easy exercises tailored to what you want to work on, and it alternates through different exercises so you're not just doing all legs every day. You have time to relax your legs and work on arms or abs, etc. I also like that you can track your meals and water. And it also gives you meal ideas. I paid only $15 for a month to try it out and it's been great at motivating me and getting me started on daily exercises.
I subscribed to the trial and got sick immediately after so it took me a whole month to actually get started. I'm glad I did though. Varied workout sessions, short enough to complete each day on a busy schedule. Within a few days, I started getting more flexible and have more energy. I have discovered a glitch but nothing I couldn't work around. Overall, great app if a little pricey. Compared to gym fees though, it's OK.
This app is really good for those who are getting back into exercise. Just be careful of what choice u pick when u say you're beginner, moderate, or do daily exercise. I thought i was moderate, but after doing these, I was like... I think I need to be a beginner. But it gets me going, energized, and I feel the workout the next day. The cost is the only issue I have with the app. I don't have the budget to spend $20+ on the app. I used the free trial. and boy i want to continue after the 14 days.
ilove this app has made s huge positive impact on my health this past year. 20$ per year is very reasonably priced! especially for the amount of variety and personalization available for ages, disability or energy required. I think there could be a very useful tweak made? if there were tabs/folders that keep favorite workouts. you sign in anywhere and the downloads stay in the folder/tab in app. also if we could search for example ; exercise to help forwarding head posture ect...
