In going back to the basics right at beginners level. There's no shame here because I'm being real with myself (I haven't worked out for quit some time). Plus, I'm doing this at my own will. Just finished doing my first day training as a beginner and already felt somethings of my body that I forgot I could feel again, and that feeling is awesome! Also, I'm a stress person. This isn't just about working out for me but also to lessen my stress level and to have a healthier, productive lifestyle.

so far so good. bring me to sweat. main goal is to build a habit, to do it regularly. I think 10 min is a good for the start. after few months I will increase slowly the duration. info: you can choose the difficulty modus. start very low. or you will give up after few exercise.

this is the 8th day that I've been using this. I like the way it is laid out, I just used my smart TV casting feature on my Android phone to bring It goes to the TV and involves doing workouts. The free version is very good. I might consider getting the full version not because there are too many ads at all.
