I really love the game, been playing this for 5 years already. I love the designs, and everything. But i had a problem going on where the chat notifications won't even be notified on my phone, I don't know why, and the new update where my friend can access the shop or the inbox while in the room, but for me I don't have the feature.

been on here for 10yrs and it's ok but when your on the app on your phone and you look at someone's profile I dont think it should be allowed that ppl should be able to put up a pic of someone having sex or a sex pic i think it should only be their avi that should be up there when someone is looking at your profile on the phone app.i know alot of ppl might not like what I say but you also have to realize that young kids do get on here cos they will lie about their age. just saying.

IMVU Next is an old web browser based chat app(software) that allows users to chat,shop and interact with other users. Create your character(avatar) then join a 3d room or use the messager to chat with other users without joining rooms. The player shop is filled with player created content and IMVU official content. There are a few subscriptions such as AP(allows you to use and view adult content). If you lack storage space you can log into IMVU Next dot com to access and play IMVU from web.

I really like this app though I have a huge suggestion! You should be able to get rid of any clothes, shoes, hair etc that you don't want and as well make it were you can categorize shirts, pants, dresses, shoes etc. For example lets say you have lots of hair styles and want to break it down more so blonde short hair will go in one section and blonde long hair will go in another! I would love if you added those things! it would make everything much easier to find!

What are Room Access Controls for a Chat Room?

Various ways to control access to your room are available depending on your own account status (VIP, AP, Age verified etc). VIPs can set their rooms so that only their friends or other VIPs can enter their room. AP members can make their room accessible to only other AP holders. Age-verified members can allow only other age-verified adults to join the room. If you have your name registered then you can set your room to be available to those who are not "guests".

What are themed rooms?

IMVU has tested a new section to the Chat Rooms feature called "Themed Rooms". Themed Rooms features a few select rooms that showcase variety of ways users can enjoy IMVU. The rooms are selected by IMVU.

How do I add my room to the Themed Rooms?

If you would like your room to be listed in that section, you can submit it for IMVU's review. Go to the room that you wish to submit and then click on the "submit" option from the room tools in the upper left corner. Follow the steps to select a theme for the room, take a high-resolution photo and then submit for review. You will be notified if yours is selected. You can submit up to 3 rooms per week. Your account has to be older than 30 days in order to submit your room.
