this is a great app. im easily able to text and call my friend and its fun to change the appearance. the only thing that annoys me sometimes is when you send a message and start typing a new message the last message appears in the text box and you have to delete it.

Fantastic app for the family to stay in touch. 3 year old uses it with ease and has hours of fun. Only downside is for a few months now you have to ring someone twice. When you ring someone it cuts out after 2 rings then you have to ring back for it to call someone properly.

This is such a great app to use to communicate with my niece. We leave each other voice messages, draw each other pictures, and even make video calls. Sometimes the video freezes but for a free app, I don't mind that happening once in a while. It let's me stay in touch long distance with a child who can't read or type yet, and I particularly love the drawing feature!

This app is good for calling friends/family. But sadly I can only call them when I am at my home or in my front/back yeard, because when I get to the end of my street my wifi connection stops working and I can't make phone calls. Rather than that the app is fine. I'm not sure why when I was rating the app it asked me if the app is good for making or editing ringtones. I never seen an option to edit ringtones. Sorry I don't understand but if you could, please tell me how to edit ringtones.

What is the network traffic for voice and video call with JusTalk, under 3G/4G?

JusTalk can adjust the performance according to your real network conditions, so that less network traffic will be used while making a video call.We work out traffic consumption range according to minimum bit rate and maximum bit rate:

Bi-directional Traffic for voice every minute conveys 0.15M – 0.45M data.

Bi-directional Traffic for video every minute (VGA) conveys 0.45M – 10M data.

Is JusTalk free to use?

JusTalk is free to call anywhere & anyone as long as you meet the following conditions:

1. You and your friends/family need to download the JusTalk app

AND

2. You guys need to have Wi-Fi network or unlimited mobile data (If you’re using cellular data network to make calls, your operator will charge for data traffic fee).

What if I forget my password?

If you sign up with phone number

Go to login page.

Enter your phone number and tap Forgot password on the lower right corner.

You will receive a verification code soon through text message.

Enter the code you received and reset your password.

Note: The verification code will be sent to the phone number that you used for registration.

If you sign up with a JusTalk ID or if your tablet can’t receive SMS:
