Features

WORKS WITH A SIMPLE METHOD

The primary function of the application is to generate a detailed work plan. The tasks that must be completed will be completed as soon as the counter begins to work. The sale will establish different timelines to handle his large volume of work. To get started, create a line in the list for each work item. A task list will be presented to the user. Before you can use the watch, you must first define it. After every 15 minutes of work, users will be given 5 minutes of rest. This intelligent working mechanism aids you in completing your tasks more quickly. This assists users in avoiding distraction from other forms of entertainment. We can operate seven days a week, 24 hours a day. Users must activate the system for it to launch and function properly.

PERFORMANCE PERSONALIZATION

The Pomodoro clock is the primary active clock in Focus To-Do. Users can pause and restart the timer by touching the control keys on the screen. Users can also reset their watches’ rest periods. You will adjust them to find the best level for the job at hand. The system will calculate the work and rest formula at the most cost-effectively. The notification bell will sound when the working sessions are finished. You can change your break time to get back to work sooner. The same working modes will be configured only once, ensuring that the system runs continuously and without interruptions. Everything is dependent on how much time each team member requires.

MANAGE PERSONAL WORK EFFECTIVELY

Focus To-Do generated this to-do list. We create pre-made tables where users can enter the information they want to change. To do it again, the user can edit or delete this. You’ll be able to organize your work and tasks better. Furthermore, the work schedule keeps you from overlooking plans that need to be completed but are currently unable to do so. Each job will be scheduled about an hour ahead of time. You can also make these plans routine and repeat them in subsequent batches. Time and task dashboards help you figure out how much time you’ve spent, and they will be analyzed to determine your concentration on your tasks.

User comments

I have hyperfocus ADD (hard to get started, but once I get started, I can’t shift gears) and have looked at the multitude of ToDo apps, Pomodoro apps, Timer apps, etc. for YEARS. As usual, they all had something lacking and if I found one close, it cost some ridiculous sum of money. (Subscriptions for $10 a month? Not a chance. I dislike, nay, loathe the subscription model. There are very few If any apps worth as much or more than a MS Office or Netflix subscription, but I digress.) This app is priced the way I prefer: download and check it out for free, a modest pay-as-you-go for premium, and reasonable one-and-done payment for lifetime premium. Perfect pricing aside, it delivers exactly what I expect. Create multiple projects (mine also include household chores). Projects have tasks. Timers can be set up as I wish or use the default. Extremely logical and intuitive UI. Theme options (the default red is a bit intense for me, but the orange and green is perfect!). I use this app for everything with tasks like “walk the dogs”, “meditate”, “read” because I am capable of both great productivity and losing time. It is a tad Pavlovian, but the sound of the bell really does ping my brain to move to the next task instead of “just five more minutes”. I am over the moon with this app AND it is recently updated (I have a hard time paying for an app that hasn’t been recently been updated and appears abandoned by the developer). I have not tested the sync properties yet. Finally, THE app that helps me eat an elephant, one spoonful at a time, while simultaneously keeping mundane tasks from consuming my day.

I’ve been using this for about a week and it has been so helpful and motivational to see where I’m spending my time. I love the different projects and tasks. The charts it self generates are colorful and easy to understand. It makes me feel proud to see what I’ve accomplished. I wish there were a way to bulk export the raw data in spreadsheet form, just because I’m a bit of a data nerd and would love to run my own analyses on my productivity and time spent on certain activities. Also, I read someone else’s review and you can manually add in things that you forgot to start the Pomodoro for. You just have to go to the completed section and tap on the time that you want to add an event for. It’s easy to customize with different task lengths too (though I think no matter the time length you stretch it to, it will still only count as one Pomodoro in the averages and summary section). Five stars have already recommended it to all my friends and I’ll confidently recommend it to you too!

I used to love this app. I loved it so much that I paid for the premium. I had never had a problem with it until then, but after I paid for it, the timer no longer always goes off when I am outside of the app. This is especially problematic because I am on other apps during my breaks and need the timer to go off. In addition, often the tasks I want to focus on require me to be on other apps as well. I have contacted support on this, and they were unable to help me, offering one question with no explanation per reply, and have not replied to my last email for a week. The only solution they offered was to reset my device, which I had already tried multiple times. I have to set my own timers, which defeats the whole point! If this issue were fixed, I’d give this app five stars, but it only deserves two when its primary function doesn't even work.

Focus To-Do

Summarize

The Pomodoro Technique is a method to manage time in order to improve productivity in the tasks that are carried out. It is usually used a clock that divides time in 25 minute intervals with 5 minute rest breaks. It is usually useful for many students and workers, especially for those who work remotely and not in a work place where time management is easier.
