All in all, the app is very accurate in predicting travel time. I would like to share my recent events when I lost my phone somewhere in the station. I used the report missing property function thing on the app. Firstly, it was convenient to use and didn't take much time as I didn't have to wait for a phone operator like in the olden days. Secondly, they found my phone after one night, when I went to collect, the staff were extremely kind and helpful. I even got to see the control room!

This app proves particularly useful whenever my teacher assigns the challenging task of memorizing all 99 stations of the MTR network. Not only does it aid in this memorization process, but it also conveniently provides me with accurate information on travel times between different stations. This feature enables me to efficiently plan my journeys and anticipate the duration required to travel from point A to point B, enhancing my overall commuting experience.

Except for my airport transfer where I used the bus, the MTR was my only mode of transportation when I travelled in Hong Kong alone. I was able to use the app every time I rode the MTR and it was very helpful in indicating the stations and exit points I have to go to in order to reach my destination. It works well offline too.
