User Reviews of Mon Magasin U:

Very useful and easy to use. Is it possible to offer other languages or a translation option for non-French speakers?

Very useful, but it lacks the option to scan products in-store—like some grocery store apps do—especially for checking prices.

The app works perfectly; however, when I try to play the current Harry Potter game, it is IMPOSSIBLE for me to open the daily box... Which doesn't exactly maximize my chances of winning...

The old app let you browse catalogs and create a shopping list—which was really handy; you could simply delete the items you’d found. Now, you have to go back to pen and paper—some "progress" that is! It’s impossible to add the U card to my digital wallet; why did you remove that feature? And no, contrary to what you keep telling everyone, the U card doesn’t work in the app when offline; at my local U store, the app won’t even open because it requires a connection—meaning I have to step outside to get 4G signal, or else dig out my physical card. Are you stubborn, pig-headed, or just plain incompetent? It’s obvious that having all your cards in one well-functioning app is the way to go—I get this service from all your competitors, and it’s incredibly convenient, whether you like it or not!

My all-time favorite store—excellent "U" brand products. A special shout-out to the entire team at the U Oberkampf store in Paris; it’s always a real pleasure shopping there. The app works very well; it is well-organized and very convenient.
