In this new place, there are many new people for you to meet, interact with, get to know and of course, have sex with.
A big problem that I had with the story of Horizon of Passion Reworking was actually following it. This game throws a great deal of characters your way and due to the translation, it can be hard to know exactly what is going on. I felt that I had the gist of things, but I never truly felt like I knew who many of the people were, what their motivations were, or even if I liked them enough to actually try and get with them.
As far as the sandbox nature of the gameplay in Horizon of Passion Reworking goes, I have to say, it is not actually that bad. We have to click around different buildings and then once we are inside, we can click around some more. Apart from the massive and confusing school, the locations are actually pretty easy to navigate which I am thankful for. You have a day/time cycle in the game, a phone to use and there is even a hint system that can keep you on track. While I would not say that the gameplay is amazing or anything groundbreaking, I will say that it works pretty well, better than many other lewd sandbox games I have played, that is for sure.
One thing that I think does make Horizon of Passion Reworking well worth your time playing for is the lewd content! This game has some awesome character renders, the slutty and boxy cop/security guard, Harper was my personal favorite! There is a good selection of girls in this game and as well as XXX scenes with the main character, you also get to see a lot of sex scenes with these chicks and other dudes as well. I know that may not be to everyone’s taste, but as the story was rather hard to follow, I just took each lewd scene as it came to me.
