Useful Tips:

Further to expanding your territory and acquiring more buildings, it’s a wise move to eventually relocate and group your buildings according to their function or the items they will yield. For instance, you may choose to open up a patch of land solely dedicated to your garden beds.

The good thing about Farm Town: Happy Farming Day is that you can easily move buildings to where you want them to be, provided you have the space. All you need to do is long press on a building and move them to a space that’s available. The only structures that cannot be moved are the order board and Granny May’s house.

Now, some buildings take up more space than others so a bit of planning and rearranging is key to maximizing the space you have. Beginners may find this challenging given the limited territory of your town. However, there are still some adjustments you can do to make farming and collecting items easier. Here are a few recommendations we have when you want to organize your buildings:

Move your garden beds to a bigger or longer space, preferably one that isn’t near the pond. Initially, your garden beds will be situated close to the pond by default. The problem with this is that the edge of the pond is curved and garden beds are squares.

Being close to the pond lessens your chances of laying out more garden beds so it’s best to relocate them to a space where you can continuously add more to the right side of the map, where land is available for expansion.

Have trees and flower bushes grouped in one or two squares of land. One square can be for trees while another square can be for flower bushes. Trees yield more fruit while flower bushes only yield about one flower.

You can choose to spread them throughout the farm for aesthetic purposes, but grouping them together makes harvesting more efficient. Be sure to place them in spaces where you can expand on either side should you choose to buy more trees and bushes later on.

Group buildings according to their function and production items if possible. For instance, place food-producing buildings like the sugar processor, roaster, dairy, corn oven, and bakery all together. On the other hand, buildings for making hats, weaving clothes, and creating jewelry can be placed at another side.

Surround the food processor with animal-related buildings. The food processor makes feed that animals need to produce items like milk, eggs, wool, and the like. Having them close to each other will also make harvesting more efficient and organized.

Of course, all these suggestions will depend on your available space. You may rotate buildings to see what kind of layout will maximize open territories.

Player Comments:

This game is amazing because I love animals and I live on a farm not a big one but a small one.Another reason I love the game is because I love cows so, so, so, so much....they are great.one thing I hate is they do not give you much space in your barn.........other than they the rest is good so far.Why else do I like it because my family lived on a huge farm a few years.a go so I would love to live on one and this game gives me an idea what a huge farm is like.I love it because I go to fair to show my cows and all the animals on the game make me think of fair because of all the animals at my fair........lots of my friend go to fair lots of them show pigs though.l even have 7cow stuffed animals that's how much I love cows.......lots.I also cut a lot of wood like I do on the game.Every single reason I typed on this review is why I love this game.

I like this game, mainly because I couldn't get anything similar on Kindle Fire (Kindle product designer, this is for you, give me more apps!)You raise your crops and animals and collect their produces to make other produces out of it. Very similar to Farmville, I heard. My only complains is that you can't get much tools. There's no where for you to buy tools using your produces, I'm not going to pay some real money to play a fake game.I wanted to find some people who play this game to discuss about it, like is there a frequencies of what you would get from trading or so. But well, Google failed me on that search. If I had to go to page 3, it's pretty much hopeless.

This game is ok, but I feel like I'm already getting stuck on things and i just started playing it. Right away my storage is full and its turned into a huge waiting game. It seems like every thing I need to accomplish I can't because I don't have enough storage for items. I also can't upgrade anything because I don't have enough resources and I'm not going to pay money to get them. I don't feel like I should be running into these issues so quickly, I haven't even reached level 15. There's also a lot of little things that they missed the mark on. One being that you can't continue making items (say animal feed for example) if you can't collect what has already been made. Which then brings us back to storage constantly being full, so then I'm at a stand still again. I know that you can sell items, but I can only sell so much because some of it I need for orders and making things.

Summary:

Farm Town: Happy Farming Day offers a richly layered farming simulation experience that combines traditional harvesting and animal care with engaging puzzle elements and village management. Players dive into a charming farming life where growing crops, raising animals, and crafting goods form the core gameplay loop.
