Got it for the achievements and the cards. Incredibly short, and this game really makes me wish there was a neutral rating for Steam. It's not BAD, per se, but it's not exactly that in-depth either. Only two parts, and 142 combinations over 15 categories to unlock. Took me about two hours, and even then, after about an hour I grew tired of just throwing things together and looked up a guide. Any time over 2 hours played is just idle time for cards.

DOODLE GOD: 8-BIT MANIA - COLLECTOR'S ITEM, is a very simple puzzle game where you combined two items to make a new things. That is the whole game. It is the original "Infinite Craft", but with much less infinite. The logic in this game is quite ridiculous at times, and this is basically a mobile game ported to Steam. It is DEFINITELY not worth full price, and even at a lower price, it isn't quite an engaging experience. If you like these kind of puzzles, there really isn't anything "wrong" with the game. The game is short and at least it has a dictionary of the combinations you already discovered.

Yes, I recommend this game, but... it's a subset of the regular Doodle God game with 8-bit graphics and sound. It's much better to play the regular Doodle God game. That one's bigger, better graphics and sound. This one is for someone that played Doodle God or one in the Doodle universe, likes it a lot and wants to play in 8-bit graphics and sound for a different enjoyment of the same theme.
