Spike Strips

Spike Strips are mostly found in roadblocks with SWAT Trucks or HMMWVs, and will reward 1 point on contact. They can puncture the player's vehicle tires as well as those of pursuing NPC vehicles, resulting in a temporary handling penalty. It's heavily suggested using the Frenzy Ability when hitting them over. Just like Law Forces. They can instantly blow up in a small size if take too much damage or touched by Frenzy Ability.
