Starting off I was 158. I am a mother of two who works from home and moves minimally throughout the day. I wanted something/someone to get me motivated and to help push me into becoming a better mom/partner and loving myself again. I was nervous to try it as these things usually fail, at least that’s what I’ve read and heard but it’s all about the person and what they want out of it is what I’ve gathered. I’ve stayed consistent and on track for 6 weeks now and WOW. The results! The guidance of each workout truly helps, you can adjust the rest times, you can pause to get your formation better, there is just SO much you can do with this app that helps get you to your fitness goals. If you’re struggling or not and just need some guidance and a push I 100% recommend. Consistency is key. Eating better is key. Being happy with YOURSELF is key! I’m so happy I found this app!!

I really like this app as I can customize the equipment I use and how long I want to workout for. I’ve definitely seen a change in my body and endurance when it comes to everyday tasks. However, I would love if there was an option to change if we want rests in our workouts or not. I know this is an option for personalized workouts, but I tend to use the workouts made by the developers. It would be great to have a check box if we wants rests or not cause I tend to not like rests when they add them automatically.

Despite repeated attempts to get this major issue resolved, the App Developers have failed to fix the problem and are completely unresponsive. The Apple Health Integration is one of the major selling points for this app and it’s only after paying for the premium version that you realize this critical functionality does not work. Very disappointing and an expensive way to find out about this flaw!
