I do two sections each time I work out,which takes a total of eight minutes of my time. And whatever muscle groups I workedduring those eight minutes will be sore for two days. I started doing this out about three weeks ago. It's getting a little easier as I go, but it'sstill challenging and you can modify the time that you do an exercise and rest time. It'sreally good for somebody. Who's just starting to get it back into shape again and wantsto do high intensity training and not get injured some of the activities I modify due toknee pain, but it helps me keep time on the activities that I add.
