Like the title says this app changed my life. I started a fitness journey a little before thenew year with this app. I've got 41 days in not including once a week rest days. And I'mdown 18.5 pounds. Obviously the app can't control what you eat so that is part of it alsobut when I started I struggled to do any push ups at all now I can do push ups burpeeseverything pretty much. I wish I could share before and after pics. I was never a fitnessperson really but now I am. This app helped me start a positive habit. And now it's a lifestyle. It's great for any level. I literally can't say enough good things about this app. Ifyour life is not where you want it to be the first step is cleaning up your temple and thisapp will absolutely help you do that. It's way waayyyy cheaper then a gym or personaltrainer you literally have nothing to lose! I put it on my children I have zero affiliation withthis app l just genuinely love it and appreciate who ever made it there life work todevelop it. l just downloaded this app to try it out since it had great reviews. However I cannot find away to unsubscribe anywhere inside the app or on the developer website. Now 'm afraidI'm going to be charged wether I like the app or not.... I will update if I can find an optionto unsubscribe.Update: I had open the app and it asked for a review and I clicked 1 starand one of options said something about technical support and I was able to send anemail to their support team. In the meantime I got an email from apple the next day toconfirm my subscription. I clicked on the link and was able to unsubscribe. About 24hours after the email to support I got a response back with instructions on how tounsubscribe. The instructions didn't work for my version of iOS. Thankfully I was able touse the apple email link. I still think they should have the option built into the app andthey may have added it with the newest update. I will give it a 4 instead of a 1. I cannotspeak to the app because I never got to use it during the trail period.

HIGH KNEES: Stand shoulder-width apart on your mat. Lift your right leg up. Meanwhile, raise your right hand above your head and then bring it in front of your body. The right hand should now meet the right knee. Now put your leg back down and repeat the process on the left side. Adjust the pace to whatever suits you best. The faster you get, the more effective it will be!
SQUAT JUMPS: You will definitely work up a god sweat here!Squat jumps are a popular warm-up exercise and easy to do as well. Stand hip-wide on your mat. Get into a squat position. Put your hands in front of your body, keep your back straight, bend your knees and squat down. Now jump out of the squat as high as you can. Land in a squat position. Repeat this process for about 30s – if you are more advanced, you can do the exercise longer!
PUSH UPS: Lie flat on your stomach, position your hands under your shoulders and push yourself away from the floor, keep your body under tension! Look down. Your body should form a straight line. If this exercise is too difficult for you, you can keep your knees on the floor and try a simplified variation.
SIT UPS: Lie on your back. Bend your knees and raise your legs. Tilt your pelvis so that your back lays flat on the floor without a hollow back. Put your arms behind your neck and slowly move your upper body to your knees, then put it back on the floor! With control!
SUPERMAN: This exercise is super easy and good for your back. Lie on your stomach. Extend your arms forward. Look down. Now you pull your upper body and your legs up. Hold the position for a few seconds before dropping your arms and legs back onto the mat. Try to move your body with muscle strength and not with momentum!
