I've tried countless workout apps trying to find something to create and log custom workout routines. Some apps had some good features, but none had everything I was looking for. Then I found Lyfta! Lyfoa let's you create countless workouts and routines, has a HUGE database of workouts (stretches included!) sorted by muscle group, and even allows you to adjust set type (normal, drop, L/R, etc.). My only gripe is that I don't see a summary of muscles worked, but I might just be missing it!

I love this, it's great because you can easily target muscle groups and create a quick workout by filtering down and then saving stuff you've done in the past workouts. It's perfect for those that "don't know what to do in the gym". Not sure what the workout entail? Then click the question mark next to the exercise and it gives you a video of how to do it while also allowing you to jump to YouTube videos as well for more guidance!

Best gym app. Two small ui inconveniences: When you swipe left on a set to delete it, and you go to edit a nother sets weight or rep number, the undo message pops up above the "0" button. Also in "progress" => "exercises", it would be great if i could sort by 1rm and max reps. I dont know why would anyone sort by a-z. Also maybe a bug but photoes i take after the gym sessions dont show up under "progress" => "photoes".

I love the app and it's very affordable but are some asterisks: 1. The ui can be little more clean like that of hevy 2. I wish I didn't have to create a program to create a workout 3. I would like it if you made the calendar to have a "year" view where each day is just a square that is coloured if you worked out that day 4. I feel like the app still has room to be more Intuitive and easier to navigate by oneself If y'all can work on these it there would be no contest with any other app imo.
