Very good app. But needs to be a bit more selective in choosing the person who will do the dubbing. It really effects the experience and thus the success of the app. Edit: increased to 5 star from 4. Loving the app. Finished 5 books in the first month, during commute to work. One recommendation: Consider allowing for two different ratings for each book in the app. One for the book and one for the dubbing. Some reviews are based in the book some on the dubbing performance. It may be misleading.

Really love the app But some times I am busy and I don't have any time, because the cost is a bit high compare to other services like amazon prime for example. I have to cancel at these periods. So i think better pricing or even packages that allow certain number of listinnig hours with less cost would be great.

This is the best alternative to stay tuned with the literature if your reading time is limited! Very helpful if driving a lot during work and making this travel time a pleasure instead "loosing" it locked in traffic jam! Good narrators are telling stories of classic and modern books also clear and interesting for my kids, instead reading by myself after hard working day! It will be good if more than one device can be used in the same time like Netflix!

I love the app & the variety of books. I do wish that you add even more wonderful books in here. Also, if you could make better tags to help find similar books, it'll be good. For eg, even fiction has different subgroups - so if you use tags more efficiently, it'll become easier for us to find books. Additionally, if there could be at least 2 options for audio because sometimes people are not comfortable with certain accents. Overall though, I love the app. Please introduce student discount!

If you've downloaded the book and are listening offline, please try to first remove it from offline mode. You can do this by going to the bookshelf in your app, clicking on the circle with 3 dots in it next to the title and choosing Erase offline.Now, you can try to download the book again. Please wait until the book has downloaded 100% before you click on anything else or close the app.If the book won't reach 100%, please make sure that you have at least 2GB free on your internal memory on the device.

I have received an email about a new device being detected on my Storytel account. What should I do?

We send an email to you the first time a login is made on a new device that hasn't been used with your Storytel account previously. The location and time of the login are based on the device's IP-address and CET time, so it may not be an exact match to your current location or time zone.If you recognize this login, you do not need to do anything and can continue to use our service.If you do not recognize this login being made, we recommend that you change your password immediately to protect your account.
