With the recent update, I find I've to reboot my WiFi once a week because if I don't, the system doesn't load on my phone, which is a pain. Other than that, any dealings I've done in the past with Swann have been positive that their customer service is very helpful. I've my system in for 5 years and can't find fault to it. I would recommend Swann Security systems highly

An absolutely brilliant upgrade to the previous version. So much more useable. I can even get push notifications to my phone, something I didn't know was possible before. Could do with an ability to snooze the push notifications to cover periods when there's known activity going on. Also like the ability to do system wide settings from the app, rather than going in to the loft to do it from the box.

Generally, it's pretty good. sometimes, it takes a little while to start, but only a few seconds. The system / app has never failed. I use it on my Samsung. I like the fact that you can now play videos on your phone. I did think you could do this on the original App. It allows me to keep an eye on my site as long as I have a signal. I could do with upgrading to a camera that has tracking abilities, which I can pan with, and then all would be great.
