All significant events of profound impact will be brought up for discussion. From there, they come to correct judgments and express their personal opinions. You have both information and an overview for each article you read. Quickly summarize the content to remember.

Interface selection: You can choose one of two main interface styles that suit your personal preferences during the reading process. The first is in a classic paper shape with fonts and images reproduced exactly what a newspaper is supposed to be. With this style, it will be suitable for those who love the classic and old-style presentation. The second is viewing as digitally optimized multimedia with additional content. This view is more modern and gives you a deeper look at the range. Either way, it has its pros and cons. The experience gained is the most important thing.

User Reviews of F.A.Z. Kiosk:

Almost as good as reading the paper version, sometimes better, as the text of each article can be displayed separately and is thus more legible and easier to read than just zooming in on the newspaper page. The articles can also be printed either on paper or (with a suitable app) stored as PDF for future reference.

I love this e-paper—admittedly, it doesn’t have that wonderful smell of printed matter or the rustle of newsprint, and you miss out on that expectant morning walk to the mailbox, but otherwise, it reads just like the paper version. It offers the advantage of being able to enlarge the font, of course, or read the paper at night or at dusk without needing extra light. The images are much sharper than in the print edition, too—offering TV quality. You can read everything perfectly well on a smartphone; there’s no need for a larger device. Plus, you can read the next day’s paper as early as 8:00 PM the night before—a compelling alternative to the *Tagesschau* news broadcast on ARD. Unlike the corresponding multimedia edition, the e-paper retains the layout of the original print version: the relative prominence and positioning of headlines and articles remain much easier to grasp than in the multimedia format. I read this paper every day, from start to finish. It offers a wealth of information—there is simply no comparison to the vacuous TV news broadcasts. And, far more than those broadcasts, it gives the reader space for critical reflection.

Of course, you miss the great feeling of a real, rustling newspaper—which also serves as a handy shield against your surroundings—but that is the only downside to the digital edition of the *FAZ*. Everything works smoothly and quickly—even faster than the print edition, which has to be delivered. You can choose between the classic design (like the print edition) and a well-organized, very clear new layout. You can bookmark articles to find them again quickly later. Incidentally, the issues aren't deleted; they can be reloaded and read even months later. Compared to the print edition, its digital counterpart is therefore not only cheaper but also far more practical. It goes without saying that the FAZ offers journalism at its finest.

Final words:

The F.A.Z. Kiosk app offers users a consolidation of the entire week's worth of news into one convenient platform for Android tablets. It merges the traditional clarity and aesthetics of a newspaper with the modern convenience of digital access. Users can expect a seamless integration of classic and contemporary newspaper design elements within this application.
